Kristian Toth (IRN KXT00429) is a self-employed broker/registered individual acting on behalf of Mortgage Lane Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under FRN 937192. Personal information is processed in that capacity, and is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZC229791.

What is collected

The information you give when you enquire or apply: your name, contact details, and the details needed to advise on and arrange a mortgage, such as income, expenditure, credit history and property details.

Why it is used

To respond to your enquiry, provide advice, submit applications to lenders and providers, and meet legal and regulatory obligations. The lawful bases are performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation and, where required, your consent.

Who it is shared with

Lenders and providers relevant to your case, Mortgage Lane Limited as principal firm, and service providers who support that work. Information may also be shared with regulators or other bodies where the law requires it. It is never sold.

How long it is kept

For as long as needed to provide the service and to meet regulatory record-keeping requirements, which is generally a minimum of six years after the advice is given.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your information, correction of inaccuracies, erasure, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
