I'm Kristian Toth, a London-based mortgage adviser working under Mortgage Lane. Property has been part of my life from a young age, starting with my father and later leading me into a ten-year career in design and build, renovating, buying and letting property in the UK and abroad.

Over the years, I saw how often finance could become the part of a deal that slowed everything down. I also found myself explaining to brokers why a property needing work could still be a great opportunity. That experience is what pushed me into mortgage advice. I wanted to be the person who understands both the finance and the property itself.

Today, I advise on residential mortgages, buy-to-let and specialist property finance, combining practical property experience with straightforward advice to help clients move quickly and make informed decisions.
